9:00am: Nicholas Thies 36 of Arthur was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:40am: A deputy assisted an Iowa State Trooper with a traffic stop on 220th Street and S Avenue.

11:44am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 190 th Street near S Avenue.

Saturday, December 19th

12:11am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 2300 block of 337th Street.

12:22am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near 185th Street.

2:02am: A deputy assisted a motorist on N Avenue near 120th Street.

9:35am: Becky Mitchell 52 of Rippey was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

5:12am: A deputy assisted a jailer with an unruly inmate.

4:49pm: A deputy investigated an illegal hunting complaint in the 800 block of 270th Street.

5:06pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 800 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

5:10pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of 8th Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, December 20th

12:35am: Elizabeth Flowe 61 of Lohrville was booked into the jail for an arrest warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear.

1:30am: A deputy assisted the Perry Police Department with trying to locate a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident in Perry.

8:24pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 235th Street near U Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
