Dallas Center – Grimes wrestling competed in a tournament on Saturday, and were able to get a couple of wins against Harlan and Ottumwa as well while falling short against Waukee and Ballard.

DCG was able to beat Harlan 45-26 and Ottumwa by the score of 43-27 while falling to Ballard 43-30 and Waukee 62-6.

Jacob Fistler was able to have a great day for the Mustangs as he was able to go 4-0 on the day at 126 pounds against those four schools, and Riley Kovaleski was also able to put up a great showing at 138 pounds going 3-1 on the day, as both put together strong showings and help paced the Mustangs team.

They will now have some time off over the holiday break, before they return to the action again in the near future.
