Van Wall recently announced the purchase of Horizon Equipment John Deere locations which will allow for a larger footprint for the Perry-based business.

With the purchase of the Horizon Equipment locations, they are now operating as Van Wall Equipment. Chief Operating Officer Mike Van Houweling says they will be able to apply services with more inventory and knowledge among other things across a larger footprint.

“We feel incredibly fortunate to be representing a great brand really in the heart of agriculture country in the middle of Iowa. We feel fortunate and blessed and appreciate all of the hard work that everybody on the Van Wall team and Horizon team has put together really to put both organizations in a situation where they can grow and come together and be better.”

The Van Wall Equipment location in Perry first opened its doors in 1977.
