The Churdan Library is organizing a special event to honor past library board members.

A parade will take place tomorrow at 2pm to recognize past board members Joyce Clark and Bobbie Miller. The parade will be near the library and the public is encouraged to attend and show their appreciation. Additionally, treats will be passed out by current library board members and staff, plus Santa Claus will lead the parade. There will also be a basket at the library for those wanting to leave cards and well wishes for Clark and Miller.

A reminder that prior to the parade, the Churdan Lions Club drawing will take place at John McCormick’s farm in Churdan on Beecher St. at 1pm. Registration will be at 12:30pm for those 12 and younger.
