The Perry School Board approved the 10-foot public utility easement at their regular board meeting Monday night. 

The 10-foot public utility easement will allow for the school’s industrial tech house to get services such as electricity. Also, the Board approved for a new bus to be priced and brought back to the Board in 30 days. If approved to be purchased the bus would arrive roughly between July 10th-15th, 2021. 

The board also approved the increase of the bank depository limit, the Deletion of Article 1 in the teacher’s handbook, the approval of board policies, and two early graduation requests. The Board approved the bid from Hunt and Associates for financial audit services for the years 2021-23. 

Finally, the board approved the December Return to Learn On-Site Plan. Superintendent Clark Wicks didn’t recommend any changes due to the nature of COVID-19 and not knowing what days could look like, The current plan the Board agreed worked well and should be kept that way it is.
