AC/GC’s Cayden Jensen was recently recognized as the top returner in Class 1A.

Jensen was named first-team All-State as a returner by the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association. The junior had 342 kickoff return yards with an 80 yard touchdown return. Jensen averaged more than 23 yards a return. Junior Gavin Cornelison earned second-team honors as a linebacker. Rounding out the All-State honors was offensive lineman Victor Gonzalez. All three will be hoping to keep their good work going next season as they all return for their senior year.
