ADM girls basketball had a great first week of the season picking up a pair of nice victories over Norwalk and Van Meter. Tonight, the competition will ramp up against a team they know very well in the Fillies of Dallas Center – Grimes, as they reignite their rivalry in Adel. Last year these teams split in their two matchups, with the Tigers winning in their matchup in January but DCG returning the favor and winning the district matchup in Adel.

One of the big keys to the matchup tonight will be who can take care of the ball better, ADM has been able to create a very impressive 36 steals through two games with their full court press, but have also turned the ball over themselves 31 times. ADM will also be looking to continue to find good looks around the bucket and finish, as they currently shooting at 45% as a team through two games.
