Adair County reported one new COVID-19 death Thursday as cases increase throughout the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area.
According to the State Dashboard Thursday, Adair County has one new case since Wednesday for a total of 306 total cases, 120 recoveries, and four deaths. Adair County has a 19.5% positivity rate. Guthrie County has four new positive cases since Wednesday, increasing their total to 558 with 345 recoveries and 15 deaths. Guthrie County has a 21.1% 14-day positivity rate.
According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard Thursday, Dallas County has 60 new cases since Wednesday increasing their total to 4,860, ninth-most in the State. There have been 3,178 recoveries and 53 deaths. Dallas County has a 20.7% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County added 12 new cases, increasing their total to 355, 165 recoveries, and zero deaths, according to the State Dashboard. Greene County’s 14-day positivity rate is 24.5%.
Statewide, there are a total of 171,265 cases, more than 2,700 more than Wednesday, with 105,411 recoveries and 1,931 deaths. The State has a 16% 14-day positivity rate.
Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 310 hospitalized patients, 66 in Intensive Care Units, and 60 admitted in the last 24 hours.
