Dallas County reported two new COVID-19 related deaths and nearly 200 additional positive cases Wednesday. 

According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard Wednesday, Dallas County has 193 new cases since Tuesday increasing their total to 4,777, ninth-most in the State. There have been 3,146 recoveries and 53 deaths. Dallas County has a 20.8% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County added 33 new cases, increasing their total to 343, 160 recoveries, and zero deaths, according to the State Dashboard. Greene County’s 14-day positivity rate is 23.7%.

According to the State Dashboard Wednesday, Adair County has 14 new cases since Tuesday for a total of 305 total cases, 114 recoveries, and three deaths. Adair County has a 19.5% positivity rate. Guthrie County has 29 new positive cases since Tuesday, increasing their total to 554 with 341 recoveries and 15 deaths. Guthrie County has a 21% 14-day positivity rate.

Statewide, there are a total of 168,435 cases, more than 2,200 more than Tuesday, with 104,249 recoveries and 1,902 deaths. The State has a 15.8% 14-day positivity rate.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 299 hospitalized patients, 55 in Intensive Care Units, and 50 admitted in the last 24 hours.
