The Dallas County Conservation Board is offering another owl themed event early next month.

The Owl Prowl hike starts around a bonfire on Tuesday, February 4^th at the Kuehn Conservation Area.  While sipping hot chocolate, naturalists will introduce participants to the owls that are native to Dallas County and what their signature calls sound like.

The group will then head out to the woodland trails and try their luck at calling the birds.

It takes place from 6:30-8pm, is free and open to the public.  Pre-registration is required.  To reserve your spot call the conservation board at 465-3577.
