Ethan L. Libby, age 25, 1617 Taylor St, Redfield, was arrested for Consumption Of Alcohol In Public Place and Interference With Official Acts.

Jeffery P. Specht, age 62, 735 6^th Ave, Coon Rapids, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ryan J. Murphy, age 39, 205 N. Locust, Jefferson, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Emma Gollobit, age 19, 135 1^st, Manning, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Lucus A. Kluver, age 19, 412 5^th St, Manning, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Nov. 7

Joseph Dacre, Earlham, was driving eastbound in the 25000 block of 360^th Street when he struck a deer.  Damage was estimated at $3000.  There were no injuries and the vehicle was driving away from the scene.

Deborah Stensland, Perry, was driving northbound in the 26000 block of N Ave. when she struck a deer.  Damage was estimated at $5000 and the vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.  No injuries were reported.

Nov. 8

Ana Blanco, Perry, was driving westbound on Hwy 141 going slow with her hazard lights on because of a mechanical problem.  Zakary Olsen, Perry did not see Blaco’s vehicle and hit the rear of her vehicle.  Damage to Blanco’s car was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Olsen’s vehicle was estimated at $9000.  Blanco was transported to Dallas Co. Hospital.  Olsen did not report any injuries.  A third vehicle driven by Phillip Kanealy of Perry suffered a flat tire when it drive through debris from the accident.

John Lynch, Manton, Mi, was traveling westbound near the 107 mile marker on Interstate 80 when he hit a deer.  Damage was estimated at approx.$2500 and there were no injuries reported.

Bradley J. Little, age 26, 707 Grant St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Public Intoxication and Interference With Official Acts.

Abraham M. Deng, age 34, 1730 Bennett Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence.
