For the first time since mid-August, AC/GC football will not be on the airwaves of the Raccoon Valley Radio Sports Network.
However, you can relive your favorite moments from the 2020 season. Today we’re looking back on the Charger’s first postseason win in school history. Just two weeks ago AC/GC hit the road to Pleasantville as underdogs trying to take down the Trojans who started their season 5-0. The Chargers had a huge night from Reid Rumelhart who came in early in the first quarter for Gavin Cornelison who had his night cut short due to an injury. Rumelhart led the way with 135 yards on the ground with two scores, including one from 49 yards out to stunt Pleasantville momentum.
The Chargers jumped out to an unconventional 2-0 lead after a blocked punt resulting in a safety. That was just the beginning of the chaos. AC/GC scored 36 points in the second quarter, taking advantage of any Trojan miscue to run away with a 56-38 victory. You can relive this game here.
