West Central Valley’s Taitlin Koch competes today in Fort Dodge for the state cross country race as she hopes to put up a great time.
Koch qualfied after a top 15 finish in the district race, as this will be her first career appearance in the state race.
Her main goals for the race will be to enjoy the entire experience, get out to a pace that she is comfortable with, and try to put together some PR times by the end of the day.
The girls race for class 2A will be happening at 10:30 this morning, as she hopes to finish her season strongly for the Wildcats.
