The Perry City Council will discuss a change order and payment request for the 28th Street project during their regular meeting Monday.

The Council will also review a certificate of completion for the Perry Public Library renovation project. A resolution to accept the necessary agreements and forms for the Community Development Block Grant housing sustainability exterior home improvement grant contract will also be discussed during the old-business portion of the meeting.

The Council will discuss the job description and pay range for the City’s aquatics center coordinator position during new business. Other items on the agenda include setting a public hearing for an urban renewal plan amendment and a grant application to the Iowa Arts Council and the Iowa Great Places Advisory Board.

Masks are required for those who plan on attending. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. Monday in the Towncraft Building in downtown Perry.
