11:08am: A deputy investigated a civil issue with a resident of Indianola.

12:04pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of North Elm Street. Shannon Oneal 45 of Grand Junction was arrested for operating without an interlock device.

1:33pm: Shannon Oneal 45 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
