Paton-Churdan landed Danielle Hoyle on the Rolling Valley Activities Conference volleyball first team and Tessa Steimel on the second unit. Both are seniors. Coach Tressa Rasmussen’s team went 10-10 overall for the best winning percentage by a P-C team in recent seasons.

Hoyle, a 6′ 3″ hitter, had 279 of the 497 kills the Rockets had on the season. She averaged nearly 14 kills per match. Her kill percentage was .283. Hoyle also had 61 blocks, all solo blocks, dug the ball successfully 266 times, and was 237 for 258 at the service line (91.9%) with 38 ace serves.

Steimel had 87 kills, 20 blocks, 186 digs, and was 167 of 177 serving (94.4%) with 28 service aces.

Coon Rapids-Bayard, Boyer Valley (Dunlap), and CAM (Anita) each had  two players on the first team. P-C, Glidden-Ralston, Ar-We-Va (Westside), and Woodbine each had one on the first unit.
