12:58am: A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a death notification in the 200 block of Elizabeth Street, Grand Junction.

4:05am: A deputy investigated a careless driver on 220th Street near E Avenue.

6:46am: A deputy investigated a reported car deer accident on 220th Street near U Avenue. The driver had left the scene.

11:40am: Colin Hungate 46 of Gowrie for theft 5th degree.

3:03pm: A deputy investigated a report of smoke coming from a house. Scranton Fire responded also. The fire was found to be a controlled burn in the 500 block of 197th Place.

3:50pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on N Avenue and 220th Street.

7:44pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with the arrest of Dalton Weber 22 of Jefferson. Dalton was arrested for an arrest warrant for assault and supplying alcohol to minors 2 counts.

8:15pm: Dalton Weber 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for assault and 2 counts of supplying alcohol to minors.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
