7:40am: Peggy Fulton 58 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for wanton neglect of a health care facility resident.

10:46am: A deputy assisted the Carroll Police Department with trying to locate a vehicle that involved in an accident in the Scranton area.

8:28pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near A Avenue.

8:43pm: A deputy removed a large tire from the roadway on J Avenue near 305th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
