1:29am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 1600 block of 235th Street.
2:25pm: Dawn Marie Brown (49) of Scranton was booked into the Greene County Jail for Forgery and Theft 5th Degree.
2:36pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint 400 block of Madison Street in Scranton.
2:52pm: Deputy assisted Grand Junction Fire Department with a field fire in the 1200 block of V Avenue.
5:10pm: Melynda Louise Weltha (44) of Perry was booked into the Greene County Jail for Failure to Appear on a previous Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense charge.
6:10pm: Devin Julian Villalobos (19) of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve a sentence.
7:00pm: Nicholas Scott Weber (20) of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for Violation of Probation.
10:20pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 400 block of U Avenue.
Saturday, September 26th
1:51pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 2300 block of E Avenue.
8:11pm: A deputy assisted the Greene County Ambulance in the 500 block of West Paton Street in Paton.
10:26pm: A deputy had checked the area of 1100 block of Orchard Avenue for a subject that was wanted. Christopher David Spaulding was located and arrested.
11:11pm: Christopher David Spaulding (53) of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs (2 counts) and Operating with Under the Influence – 2nd Offense.
Sunday, September 27th
12:07am: Deputies investigated vehicle fire in 1600 block of U Avenue. Curt Bronnenburg (57) of Perry, IA was traveling south on U Avenue near 250 Street when a deer entered the roadway and swerved to miss it. Bronnenburg lost control of his 1978 Chevrolet Corvette and went into the east ditch where it caught on fire. No injuries were reported. Grand Junction Fire and Rescue was present at the scene. The vehicle sustained severe/totaled damage.
1:55am: Dakota Bradley Barrett (20) of Perry was booked into the Greene County Jail for Probation Violation (2 counts) for previous Theft 3rd Degree charges.
3:05am: Jonathan David Law (36) of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail of Churdan for Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense.
6:30am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Highway 144 south of Rippey.
10:46am: A deputy investigated a bicycle on the roadway complaint in the 1800 block of 230th Street.
1:10pm: A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint in the 800 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction.
3:02pm: A deputy assisted with a security check in the 1500 block of Q Avenue.
3:31pm: Nathaniel Clark Aldrich (32) of Grand Junction was booked into the Greene County Jail for Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense, Domestic Abuse Assault – Injury or Mental Illness – 1st Offense and Willful Injury-Causing Serious Injury.
8:09pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 700 block of Walnut Street in Scranton.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
