The Perry School Board is holding a special meeting Monday for the sale of a District-owned property.

The meeting will start with a discussion followed by a public hearing of received bids for the property located at 2114 Otley Avenue in Perry. Then the Board will vote on a resolution for the sale. The meeting will conclude with a memorandum of understanding between Al Exito and the Perry Community School District. Al Exito provides support services at Perry Middle School and Perry High School, focusing on building leadership skills, civic engagement, and career development. 

The meeting will start at 5 p.m. Monday in the Clarion Room Security Bank in downtown Perry.
