9:43am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of Lovejoy Street, Rippey.

11:10am: A deputy investigated a barking dog complaint in the 400 block of Cartwright Street, Rippey.

1:30pm: Shane Jewett 44 of Paton was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

5:21pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

7:39pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1200 block of B Avenue.

7:48pm: Keith Schaffer 64 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while revoked.

8:20pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1700 block of Quaker Avenue.

9:27pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Madison Street, Scranton.

9:59pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1000 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
