The Perry City Council will discuss an amended ordinance regarding zoning regulations during their regular meeting Monday.

The Council will discuss the second reading of an amended ordinance converting a parcel of land on West 28th Street from multi-family to planned unit development. This allows the land to be used for townhouse development. The Council will also have a second reading of an ordinance adding a stop sign at 28th Street and Mckinley Street. A public hearing will also be set for the disposal of City-owned property for the Bluejay addition.

Masks are required for those who plan on attending. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. Monday in the Towncraft Building in downtown Perry.
