For just the second time this season, Greene County is expected to get a cross-country meet in. Coach Jeff Lamoureux’s Rams have been cancelled because of weather in two of their first three meets, but the forecast sounds good for today’s running of the Panorama Invitational at the Par Three Golf Course at Lake Panorama. In their only meet so far, the Rams were third on the boys’ side and ninth among the girls at Redfield for the West Central Valley meet two weeks ago.

Tomorrow night is the annual Homecoming football game for the Greene County Rams. Coach Caden Duncan’s team hosts Nodaway Valley after both the Rams and Wolverines lost their originally scheduled opponents due to quarantines related to COVID-19. The NV and Greene County game was arranged on Tuesday afternoon after the Rams spent several days searching for an opponent. NV is 1-3 and the Rams 1-2.
