Guthrie County is reporting a double-digit jump in positive COVID-19 cases since Sunday.
According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard as of Tuesday, Guthrie County had 11 new positive cases since Sunday increasing their total to 173, with 126 recoveries and five deaths. Guthrie County is also reporting a 7.6% 14-day positive average. Adair County had eight new positive cases increasing their total to 51, with 21 recoveries, and one death. Adair County is reporting a 3.9% 14-day positive average.
According to the state dashboard as of Tuesday, Dallas County added six new cases since Sunday, increasing their total to 2,382. They also have 1,799 individuals that have recovered and 38 deaths. Dallas County is at 9.3% 14-day positive average. Greene County remained the same with 53 total cases, 38 recoveries, and zero deaths. Greene County is at 4.0% 14-day positive average.
Statewide, there are a total of 65,527 cases, with 47,486 recoveries and 1,123 deaths. Of the 637,77, people that have been tested, 570,733 were negative.
Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 111 hospitalized patients, with 26 in Intensive Care Units, and 15 admitted in the last 24 hours.
