Taking a quick glance at rushing touchdowns scored by the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs in their 2019 Football campaign, it’s easy to get excited about the potential the DC-G offense possesses this season.

In the nine win season a year ago, the Mustangs rushed for 11 touchdown, with over half of their offensive scoring coming through the air.  Of those eleven touchdown carries by three different ball carriers, you’ll see those same individuals back on the field this fall for DC-G.

Zach Brand and Luke Busby will be playing their Senior seasons in 2020, and Jake Lego will suit up for his Junior campaign.  Brand and Busby combined for 10 of the 11 touchdown carries last year.  Depth and experience will be very key for Scott Heitland’s club this year.

DC-G opens its 2020 season one week from tomorrow hosting Pella on Friday, August 28 at 7:00pm in Grimes.
