A Perry man has been arrested and charged with rape.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, Kenneth Morgan is charged with a Class C Felony for third degree forcible rape. He was booked and remains in the county jail under a $25,000 bond. The Perry Police Department is in charge of the investigation.
