The Greene County School District has announced a limited open house event for the new high school and career academy.

The public is invited for a walk through of the facility located west of American Athletic Incorporated/Spaulding, along south Highway 30 in Jefferson from 12:30-3:30pm on Saturday, August 22nd. However, due to COVID-19 concerns and preparing the buildings for high school classes to begin on August 27th, not all rooms and areas will be open for the public to walk through. As an added precaution, anyone taking part in the walk through is required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer when you first arrive. 

A walk through for the high school students will also be held on Tuesday, August 25th. More information about the specific times for each grade level will be released at a later date. Plans for a more formal open house and dedication ceremony will be scheduled at a future date as allowed by the recommendations and guidelines related to COVID-19.
