6:41am: A deputy assisted with a medical call at Casey’s in Scranton.

9:53am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on E Avenue near 250th Street.

1:30pm: A deputy arrested Michael Matthews 24 of Grand Junction for arrest warrants for public intoxication and assault on persons in certain occupations on 8th Street in Grand Junction.

2:08pm: Michael Matthews 24 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for public intoxication and assault on persons in a certain occupation.

2:16pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 700 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

4:57pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 500 block of State Street, Scranton.

7:17pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 400 block of Harding Street, Scranton.

9:15pm: Brianne Wolf 29 of Lohrville was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.

Saturday, August 8th

2:51am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on J Avenue near 215th Street. The driver had left before the deputy arrived.

8:08am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 1200 block of Westwood Drive.

8:50am: Juan Guzman 33 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a revocation of pretrial release.

10:22am: A deputy investigated a barking dog complaint in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

12:30pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with trying to locate a male subject.

2:23pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

6:39pm: A deputy issued a salvage tag for a deer on J Avenue near 220th Street.

9:50pm: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 500 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, August 9th

11:07am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near A Avenue.

1:35pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of 3rd Street, Rippey. Timothy Shay 79 of Perry was driving South on Highway 144 in a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. Gavin Godfrey 17 of Jamaica was turning right onto highway 144 and turned in front of Shay in a 2013 Ford Escape. Both vehicles had estimated damage at or about 3,000 dollars. Nobody was injured in the accident.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
