Caden Duncan enters his second season at Greene County and it’s also his second as head coach of the football program. In addition to this year being remembered for COVID-19 and the disruptions it has caused, the Duncan family will also remember this year because Caden Duncan’s Dad, Jim, has joined the Greene County football staff as an assistant Coach.
Head coach Duncan explains. “It’s something we’ve always joked about. He’s always said I needed to become a head coach so he could coach the offensive line. It’s always something we’ve talked about and didn’t really realize it was a possibility. He asked around to some people to see if it was a possibility, and when we found out it was, we said ‘let’s do it now!’ It ended up working out and we’re both glad that it has.”
Official football practice has a 5 p.m. start time today through Friday for the Rams.
