The Panorama girls cross country team will be looking to build off a stellar 2019 campaign.

In the State Championships Ella Waddle followed up her stellar campaign with another strong finish in Fort Dodge. As a team, due to a mix of untimely injuries and illness’, they fell just short of a team bid to state. They were well represented at the big dance as Waddle, Oliva Steffen, and Peyton Beckman qualified as individuals. Waddle led the pack finishing in fifth place overall in 19:19. Waddle also happened to be the best finishers among underclassmen in the field. Steffen was the next Panther to finish as her time of 20:50 which was good enough to finish 39th. Beckman rounded out the afternoon for Panorama finishing in 21:50 which was 90th in the field of 138.
