JULY 27 to JULY 29, 2020 

JULY 27: Arrest: Anthony Adrian Christopher Baker, age 23, 204 S Park In Drive, Des Moines was taken into custody and charged with theft 5th degree. Also arrested on Polk County Warrant, Des Moines original charge of burglary 3rd and criminal mischief 4th and a Marion County Warrant for probation violation original charge burglary 3rd degree. 

Officers received a report of a bicycle theft in the 2100 block of 5th street. Total estimated loss $350 to $375. 

July 28; 

Arrested: Scotty lee Hays, age 29, 913 Willis Ave was arrested in a Dallas County Warrant, perry‘s original charge theft 2nd Degree/ Arrested: Justin Scott Piersbacher age 46, 909 w 2nd st., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for perry‘s original charge of child endangerment.
