7:44am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1300 block of 300 Street.

1:00pm: A deputy investigated an assault complaint in the 900 block of Main Street in Scranton.

1:39pm: A deputy assisted with a civil issue in the 100 block of 250th Street.

1:45pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 600 block of 3rd Street in Rippey.

2:09pm: A deputy investigated a theft complaint in the 1000 block of Main Street in Scranton.

3:14pm: Shayla Nicole Stephenson (30) of Grand Junction, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Operating While Under the Influence – 1st Offense and Child Endangerment.

5:08pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 800 block of Hill Street in Churdan.

6:24pm: A deputy investigated an assault complaint in the 600 block of B Avenue.

7:46pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint regarding a civil issue in the county in the 200 block of 2nd Street West in Grand Junction.

8:20pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person call in the city dump in Churdan.

9:43pm: A deputy investigated a possible anhydrous leak in the 2200 block of Neola Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
