The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers football team were able to update their schedule to the seven week regular season based on the changes announced by the ISHAA last week. The Tigers have taken advantage of the extra games given to them in the non-conference portion of their schedule traveling up to Nevada for the first week of the regular season on Friday, August 28th, and then will host their home opener on Friday, September 4th against the Gilbert Tigers.

After that starting on September 11th, they will have their five game district schedule beginning with a home game against Norwalk. They will conclude the rest of the district with home games against Winterset and Perry, and road games at Des Moines Hoover and Dallas Center Grimes.

All team in the state will be qualifying for the state tournament in class 3A, with the 64 team tournament to start on October 16th. ADM will be expected to have a good team this year, after posting a pair of 5-4 seasons these last couple of years.

ADM will be hoping to get the opportunity to compete this season, and right now they will get their fall practices going on August 10th.
