The Perry Community School District will be hosting several meetings early next week to discuss the online option for their Return to Learn Plan for the upcoming school year.
The School Board approved the option last week that gives families with unique medical circumstances or are otherwise uncomfortable with on-site learning an opportunity to continue their education remotely. Superintendent Clark Wicks, as well as the administrators, emphasized that if families select online learning, it is a major commitment from the parents and students. To further discuss this option with parents, the District is hosting a series of meetings next week to provide insight on what online learning will look like this year. The District is holding their meeting for high school parents Monday, middle school Tuesday, and elementary school Wednesday. All the meetings will be held in the high school auditorium starting at 7 p.m.
