Former GC Schools AD Todd Gordon

We sat down with Greene County School District Activities Director Todd Gordon. We heard yesterday about how he felt the Rams and their fans did with the various restrictions and guidelines in baseball and softball related to COVID-19.

Today, Coach Gordon talks about the Greene County baseball team. The Rams were 3-12 after starting 0-7 under first year head coach Matt Paulsen, and his Dad, assistant coach Kevin Paulsen. “We finished with three seniors, so we played a lot of young kids in positions and showed a lot of promise. I think if we could’ve played a full schedule and gotten more games in, I think we would’ve seen even more growth. I think the growth we did show really speaks volumes to our coaches and our kids that they started with that rough patch, then finished strong, including that really nice win over at Nevada to end the regular season. Congratulations to them for finishing strong!”
