The West Central Valley Wildcat baseball and softball teams both had losing record on the year, but both were thankful for the opportunity to play their respective sports after things looked pretty grim just a couple of months before.

The Wildcat teams both fielded very young rosters this year, but both got better as the season went along, and made strides of improvement as well. If there was no season, it would’ve been tough for programs all around the state of Iowa, and especially for WCV with players that needed to be out on the field and get the opportunity to get better every single day.

West Central Valley will continue to get into the weight room and gym whenever they can for offseason workouts, as the Wildcats will be keeping eye towards the fall sports season, which is scheduled to start in just over a month.
