8:04am: A deputy removed a dead deer from the roadway on 220th Street near S Avenue.

11:10am: The Sheriff and a deputy investigated an assault in the 200 block of North Wise Street, Paton.

11:18am: The Sheriff investigated a theft in the jail. Dakota Barrett 20 of Grand Junction was charged with two counts of theft 3rd degree.

12:08pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

12:54pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 190 th Street.

1:22pm: A deputy received a complaint of possible illegal activity going to occur this weekend in the 900 block of 222nd Street.

5:47pm: A deputy removed a dead deer from the roadway on 220th Street near J Avenue.

6:23pm: A deputy investigated a possible medical issue in the 1500 block of 235th Street.

10:10pm: James Harris 33 of Woodward was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
