Adair, Dallas, and Guthrie counties saw new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday.

 

According to the state dashboard as of Wednesday, eight new cases of the virus were added to Dallas County for a total of 1,435. They also have 1,090 individuals that have recovered and 31 deaths. According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard, Guthrie County had four new cases for a total of 83, with 61 recoveries and four deaths. As for Greene County, there still are 31 cases, with 27 recoveries and no deaths. Adair County remained the same with 17 cases, 12 recoveries and no deaths.

 

Statewide, there were 187 new cases Wednesday for a total of 36,036, with 27,102 recoveries and 759 deaths. Of the 384,755 people that have been tested, 347,517 were negative. 

 

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 51 hospitalized patients, with 11 in Intensive Care Units, and six admitted in the last 24 hours.
