The Dexter and Stuart Fire departments responded to a garage fire Sunday night.

According to Dexter Fire Chief Brad Vry, at about 10:08 p.m. the fire and rescue departments were called to respond to a fully engulfed detached garage at 325 Marshall Street in Dexter. The Stuart Fire Department provided mutual aid, and crews cleared the scene at 12:16 a.m. Two occupants were at the residence at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is undetermined, and Vry says three vehicles and a tractor were also a loss.
