The deadline is approaching to register to speak at a Panora town hall meeting to discuss allowing all-terrain vehicles and utility vehicles be operated in the city limits.
The town hall is happening at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 13th at Veteran’s Auditorium, but in order to limit the risk of COVID-19 exposure, the City Council is asking residents to register to speak individually. Registration can be dropped off at City Hall or emailed to City Administrator Lisa Grossman by 2 p.m. tomorrow. Written comments can also be sent to be read at the meeting. The Council will then assign five-minute time slots based on the order the registrations are received. Participants must also wait in their vehicle until they’re called to come into the building at their allotted time to address the Council. The meeting will also be recorded for those who would like to view it in its entirety. Click below for a registration form.
