Tuesday night the Dallas Center-Grimes Softball team easily blew past the larger school, Urbandale by the score of 8-2.   DC-G had a 6 mile road trip to face the J-Hawks, and the Fillies came to play.

After trailing 1-0 in the early going, a 2-run bomb in the 2nd inning by Rosenbeck put DC-G up for good.

The Fillies will host a doubleheader tonight in Dallas Center against Norwalk, and will close out their pre-July 4 schedule on Thursday hosting Boone.

The #3 ranked Fillies of DC-G are now 12-3 on the season.
