After a two day break, the West Central Valley Wildcat teams will be back on the field for baseball and softball, when they head over to Des Moines Christian.

The games will be a doubleheader in baseball, with the first one to be played around 3:15 and the second one to follow a few minutes after the conclusion of the first game. The Wildcats team is still searching for their first win of the season, and will get two chances to do so today. Des Moines Christian is 3-3 on the season.

The girls will also play a doubleheader with the first game at 5:00 and the second one to follow a short time later. Des Moines Christian softball has a 1-1 record on the year.

The Wildcat teams will hope to have some success this afternoon, as they look to gain confidence against good competition.
