Despite spending the last few months of high school at home, the West Central Valley seniors got to celebrate their many accomplishments and future endeavors at an awards night Tuesday.
The event was held in the high school gym where students were recognized for the scholarships received and awards given in areas of athletics, academics, FFA, visual art, and more. Sixteen seniors were announced to each receive their cords for having a 3.5-4.0 grade point average and for a 3.0-3.49 grade point average, respectively. Thirteen local scholarships were awarded to 21 students. The graduates will next receive their diplomas during a commencement ceremony Sunday. For the full list of awards, click below.
