10:05am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 200 block of Cartwright Street, Rippey.

11:39am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

11:58am: A deputy assisted a motorist on B Avenue near 240th Street.

1:55pm: A deputy arrested Adam Harvey 43 of Grand Junction for failure to appear in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

2:40pm: Adam Harvey 43 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

4:52pm: A deputy assisted with a dead deer in a ditch in the 300 block of I Avenue.

7:14pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 1800 block of 195th Street. Mihcael Danley 37 of Jefferson lost control of his 2015 Chrysler 200 and went through a fence. The estimated damage to the car is around 1500 dollars. The estimated damage to the fence is around 500 dollars. Nobody was injured in the accident.

7:45pm: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

7:48pm: A deputy attempted to find an ill raccoon in the 600 block of Jay Street, Churdan.

8:52pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
