The Panorama softball team had a solid bounce back outing.
The Panthers were looking to rebound after a tough 8-1 loss to finish their weekend as they made the trip to Madrid. Panorama got started quickly with a three-run first inning. Madrid got one run back in their half of the frame to cut the score to 3-1. After a couple of scoreless frames, Panorama blew the game open in the fourth with a six-run inning. Madrid was done scoring for the night while Panorama added one more run in the seventh to clinch the 10-1 victory.
Shey Storesund was a tough-out the entire night going 3-4 with two runs scored, two RBI, and two stolen bases. Grace Richey had another stellar outing in the circle going the full seven innings giving up just one run and striking out three.
Panorama improves to 3-3 on the young season and will hit the field Wednesday when they make the trip to East Union.
