The West Central Valley Wildcats will be looking to get their summer workouts on track and starting soon to have access to the weight room. According to the ISHSAA and the IGHSAU, the Wildcats teams and teams all across the state of Iowa can start getting the opportunity to use those weight rooms starting on July 1.
This will give players the opportunity to start using the state of the art facilities at the high school, and hopefully continue to improve as they get ready for their various seasons. Of course, for all schools in the state of Iowa, most are having softball and baseball, as Iowa has been somewhat of a guide to a lot of different states throughout the United States of what is good and what can be improved as things continue to reopen. Wildcat athletes have been doing their workouts from home, and haven’t been able to meet up with coaches with most communication over the phone.
Every team is going to be in the same boat for the upcoming season, but obviously having access to school facilities and seeing coaches will give athletes more tools to improve as they get prepared for the upcoming year in their various sports.
