We have new information regarding an arrest of a Perry woman who is accused of sexual abuse and kidnapping.

According to the Perry Police Department, an investigation began at 9:20pm Friday when a parent reported their 14-year-old son was missing. Authorities found the juvenile in Anne Sinzobakwira’s home. During the investigation, the juvenile told officers that Sinzobakwira appeared at his bedroom window and threatened to harm him if he didn’t do what she wanted.

The Department said the suspect told the victim to climb out of his window and go to her residence. Once he was there, an alleged sex act was done on the juvenile. Authorities then executed a search warrant of Sinzobakwira’s home and collected evidence. 

She was then arrested at 4:30pm Saturday and charged with a Class A Felony for first degree kidnapping and a Class C Felony for third degree sexual abuse-foricble rape. She was booked and is being held in the Dallas County Jail under a $1 million bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
