Additional positive cases of COVID-19 were added to portions of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area Thursday.

According to the state dashboard, four new cases were added to Dallas County, bringing the total number of positive cases to 976. One more case of COVID-19 was reported in Greene and Adair counties to make their respective totals 16 and nine. According to the Adair and Guthrie County COVID-19 Response webpage, no new cases were reported for Guthrie County.

The state dashboard reports 649 people have recovered in Dallas, 14 in Greene, and the Adair and Guthrie County webpage reports 38 have recovered in Guthrie and six have recovered in Adair. There were 26 deaths reported in Dallas County and four in Guthrie County.

Statewide, 270 new cases were added Thursday for a total of 22,786, and of those 13,857 have recovered and another 183,873 have tested negative. Additionally, there were nine deaths reported on Thursday for a total of 638. Raccoon Valley Radio will continue to bring the latest information on COVID-19 as it affects the listening area.
