The Iowa Department of Public Health reported nine new cases of COVID-19 in Dallas County as of Monday, as well as one new death.

The additional cases bring the countywide total to 909 since the pandemic began, and there have been a total of 21 coronavirus-related deaths. There have also been 587 Dallas County patients who have fully recovered to date. The numbers elsewhere in the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area remained unchanged from Sunday, with 51 positive tests, 35 recovered, and four deaths in Guthrie County, 14 cases and 14 recoveries in Greene, and nine cases and five recovered in Adair. Statewide Monday, there were 202 new cases reported for a total of 19,690 since the outbreak started. There were also seven more deaths for a total of 540 in Iowa, and there have been 11,272 patients recovered.
