10:56am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 1000 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

12:50pm: Curtis Jurgensen 56 of Woodward was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

1:22pm: A deputy investigated a theft of plants at the Grand Junction Cemetery.

5:24pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 400 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.

7:36pm: A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint in the 1400 block of Falcon Avenue.

9:50pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near X Avenue. Kenneth Aber 42 of Churdan struck a deer with his 2018 Volkswagen Jetta. The vehicle had an estimated 10,000 dollars.

9:59pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near 18th Street in Grand Junction. The driver had left the scene. The deer was removed from the roadway.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty
